Cell Counter CBC Import — Y-Tech 60 (3-Part)
Cable mode: use Chrome/Edge on HTTPS or localhost. Select the analyzer COM port and the baud rate set in the Y-Tech 60 RS-232 settings, click Connect & Read, then press Print/Send on the analyzer. The software waits until the analyzer has finished sending and then fills ALL CBC values it receives (HGB, RBC, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, WBC, LYM/MID/GRAN % and #, PLT, MPV, PDW, PCT, P-LCR) and automatically generates the RBC / WBC / Platelet morphology. Analyzer name / model, baud rate and label mapping can be changed in Settings → Cell Counter.

This local HTML layer binds the license to this installation and expiry date. For genuine owner-only remote activation/deactivation that cannot be bypassed by editing the HTML, the final Windows EXE should use an online licensing server with server-side verification.

Customer: installs the EXE, registers patients, prints reports and performs normal work.

Owner: controls license issuance, renewal and remote deactivation from a separate license server.
